I first tried this in the hospital for my heart. I was surprised that it did help the flavor of the food, even though it does not contain food.

Tasty replacement for a low sodium diet. Good quality with just a hint of heat. Adds that good smell when cooking.

Love this seasoning and no salt it can be difficult to get out of the container and the price is high but otherwise I love it
