Once charged the battery is almost dead in about 3 hours just sitting still. Not sure what to do now. It's useless.

This is stolen merchandise !!!
We were experiencing battery issues so we brought in the device to Apple. Come to find out the serial number has been replaced and this item should not be on market for sale. I’m very disappointed

Disappointed
Very disappointed, can't open the iPad because I need previous apple ID and password. Tried to get this info but not getting anywhere. The phone number on the package states to call if any issues, called 3 times and sti) no response.
