I love this product, the vitamins are delicious and they smell super good as well, I have been taking then since received and there is no aftertaste. This is a great women's multivitamin regardless of whether or not you are expecting! I love that it includes Omega-3 and that it's Vegan and doesn't contain any nasty fillers or junk. They taste great and so easy to take!! No pills, no choking, just yummy goodness! I'm hoping the biotin helps with hair and nail growth too, but it's too early to tell. Will definitely continue taking!

They’re easy to chew and don’t upset my stomach and no weird aftertasteOf course, I can’t speak to long-term effects yet, but I appreciate that they have all the essentials I need! so far, so good!
