The absolute best quality oat milk
This oat milk is the one I’ve finally settled on after trying many different brands. This is the absolute best quality oat milk. What sets it apart is that it’s actually healthy, containing only oats, water, sunflower oil, and salt. After learning that the health food market is actually a bit of a con, I did a lot of research and I like this brand not only for its quality but also for its honesty. Unlike most other oat milks that have stabilisers making them ultra-processed, this one is authentic. It’s refreshing to find a brand that actually cares about providing a healthy, straightforward product without the usual marketing spin. I buy it through Subscribe & Save, so it is an affordable choice without compromising quality. It tastes great and is just as creamy as the more processed versions, I use it daily with coffee, other drinks and smoothies. My daughter uses it on her cereal and also likes it. I don’t do any frothing or cappuccinos so I can't comment on the foaming quality but I’m very happy with the taste and quality. Overall, this is the best oat milk I’ve found for a healthy, tasty, and affordable option.

Decent
I'm not a massive fan if the taste, it's a bit watery and tangy, but considering how few ingredients there are I'm very impressed. I've had oatly, but it has so much junk in the ingredients that it's not good for you at all, at least with this rude oat milk I'm getting good organic ingredients. Worth the money especially if you're vegan. I'm not, I drink regular milk but this is still a decent alternative in case you run out.

Good vegan quality
Vegan for 40 years so all organic soyas have passed thru me over the years! I use it for tea and cereals These actually tasted and behaved better than most other brands- it looks thicker - but isnt - a pleasant surprise to enjoy more than usual . Buy with confidence

Think twice, poo once!
We have a subscription with Amazon for our oat milk every month and twice they haven’t been able to fulfil our order and we have had to get this as a substitute. On both occasions I have been disappointed. It tastes awful, seriously, it’s vile! You need to pour half a cup of it into your tea or coffee to make it drinkable and even then it’s kinda separates in the cup. The worse problem though is how it effects my… toilet habits, for want of a better term. While using this product my mostly regular once a day has become four to six times a day. Anyway, after seeing that the rest of my family just plainly refuse to use this and returned to picking up whole milk from the local shop I have decided to pour the remaining cartons of this dishwater down the drain where it belongs. Amazon: if you aren’t able to provide the good you sell us a subscription to then can you at least let us know in good time so we don’t feel forced to buy ‘the next best thing’ and totally waste our money on crap like this? Please!

Lovely Low potassium milk substitute
I have stage 3 kidney disease and was told to cut back on high potassium foods - milk being one of the main areas. Most milk substitutes contain the same amount - if not more than normal milk. This doesn't and although I'd heard bad reviews of rice milk - being watery and tasteless, this is really nice and I can't taste the difference on my cereal or in my overnight oats. The only thing I don't use it for is in my tea. If you're looking at a low potassium diet, I'd definitely recommend this as a milk swap.

Tastes great, excellent option for people with food sensitivities
This is probably the best rice drink on the market at the moment. I'm lactose intolerant and struggle with other alternative milks, so I get two boxes (4x6) delivered twice a month, in addition to making special trips to my local health food shop to stock up. Rice milk is known for being quite sweet, so having glasses of this helps me cut down on my cravings for chocolate while not being as sickly as other brands. It goes perfectly with cereal and hot drinks; Rude's product is a bit thicker and less watery than other brands. The texture is very smooth, with no graininess, froth, or 'bits'. The shelf life is also excellent; you can leave unopened cartons in the cupboard for months, meaning friends/family can stock up for when you come to visit, which is a huge relief if you're food-sensitive. Once open, they usually last for around a week in the fridge, but I tend to get through one or two cartons in a single day. Make sure they're stored away from sources of heat, though- I accidentally left a carton near a radiator and it caused it to go sour. I just wish rice milk was more popular and easier to get a hold of in the shops!
