This is the best taco seasoning ever! I have been buying it for years. It tastes amazing! It’s great for a quick, easy meal. It’s very mild, which is nice because you can add “heat,” but can’t take it away! I use it in tacos, fajitas, and white chicken chili. A tip: if you have leftover roast chicken, shred it, add this seasoning with a little bit of water, reheat, and serve in tacos or burritos. Nummmmmmm!!! Works with roast pork and beef, too!

This stuff is soooooo good. It's the secret ingredient in my Spanish rice. Also is perfect for seasoning the guts of stuffed peppers. It's not a chili powder type seasoning. It's more of a Verde flavor. ( 2 cups rice, 3.5 cups beef broth, one can Rotel type tomatoes. (Don't drain) one pack of chi chis seasoning. Cook according to rice package. We use a rice cooker. )

My family and I swear by this spice mix for taco night so we buy it in bulk! This fajita mix is actually even better in tacos than the taco mix so we use it interchangeably in different entrees. Though the recipe on the packet is for fajitas, it’s simply a half cup of water added to one pound cooked and drained ground beef/turkey/chicken and one packet of the seasoning, cooking the water off to serve.

Love this stuff. Makes a great taco meat, but I also add it to chili and a lot of other recipes that call for onion. Versatile and tastes great!
