I am happy with the quality of this owl box. It's attractive and great value for money . The size is perfect for an owl house- particularly screech owls,It was not difficult to put together. It is good quality and strong and easy to assemble. I wish that it did have a perch, but we created one and now we are just waiting for a screech owl to move in

Item arrived as advertised. Easy to follow instructions and assembly. Seems to be a well made Owl house.

Took a year to put up but we finally did and within 3 months an owl is checking it out. We must have put it up right since it can take 2 years for an owl to habitat. But we did our research and yay we have an owl. I did think that the house was small and wished I had purchased a bigger one. But still happy with this purchase

We had mice last year, but since installing this box we’ve had none. Owls are great predators!
