Best protein cereal ever. They taste just as good as something like Frosted Shreddies, but without the insane sugar count. Magic Spoon and Fuel have nothing on Surreal.

For a zero sugar, high protein cereal, this really impressed me. I wasn’t expecting much as most low sugar products like this tend to taste like pure sweetener but even though this cereal does contain sweetener, the taste isn’t too obvious. There is a slight aftertaste but I feel this is a small price to pay for the high protein and low sugar content.They are quite expensive but then most protein products are. I do recommend 😊

At first when you taste it it tastes like maple syrup and pecans, and then the actual sweetener taste hits and it is absolutely vile. And this awful stevia(!?) taste lasts so long after bowl of cereal been eaten. Tried to drink water, tried to drink coffee, eat lemon and orange. It was just wrong. Too sweet and artificial. Also price point is really high. Perhaps people would are in to low carb foods get used to this gs like this but for some one who eats everything and not even fussy, these are really unpalatable.

Value ? Could do with a little more contents please . Flavours fine stays crunchy so great

I was a little sceptical because how tasty can low carb, low sugar, high protein cereal be? Well the answer is very. It's nice and crunchy and doesn't immediately get mushy like some cereals do. It is rather expensive though.

I am a big fan of high fibre low saturated fat cereals but they often have a high sugar content.This cereal has all of that but comes with very low sugar and high protein content so it certainly had my attention.It tastes really quite unusual and strangely sweet. I have to admit that it doesn't taste natural and has the feel of a science experiment but I increasingly enjoy it now and especially with fruit added.The 240g packets are on the small size and it certainly is not cheap but it is worth giving it a try.

The media could not be loaded. This high protein cereal has around 12g packed into each bowl. The way my son eats it though I assume his portion size means he’s getting substantially more!He’s very meticulous about what he eats and supplements his diet with protein. He’s in the armed forces so takes his phys very seriously and protein is good for his recovery and gains.For me, I do a more moderate amount of exercise and I love that it’s plant based, low carb and zero sugar as it fits in with my lifestyle.Taste is important and I won’t just shovel something down because it’s got the best ratios like he will, but you don’t have to worry with this cereal as it tastes fabulous!!High protein products are always a little more expensive but this one’s not too bad and not many of them out there (and I’ve tried a lot) have as good a texture, are high in fibre, low in carbs and contain ZERO sugar.Speaking of sweeteners, this cereal does contain them and has a slight aftertaste of stevia ( steviol glycosides ) which are plant derived and which I buy but I know some people might prefer other sweeteners.I like mine with Greek style yoghurt and he has his milk.If you are looking for a healthier alternative that will help with your gains but still provide good nutritional benefits I’d recommend this one.There’s a few flavours for me to try but the frosted one is brilliant and I don’t think they’ll last long!I hope you find my review helpful.

These are very tasty. Certainly filling and a good alternative to porridge some mornings. I think given the sweetness of these I will only be having them every other day so as not be become sick off them.Looking at the contents these are certainly going to help with my protein intake in a 24hr period.I like that the packs are smaller which means that they wont go stale when exported to the air.Value for money I shall need to update this review after a week or so of eating these in order to see how far the packs go. Initially I thought the pack was quite expensive, but as far as protein goes they are pretty reasonably priced.
