Nice weight and cooks well
I wanted a small egg pan and I received a great one! I was worried that the handle might make the pan tilt because it's small but it does not! It sets nicely on the stove and cooked my soft scrambled egg perfectly .. very glad I purchased this pan

Amazing pan
Fantastic pan! I'm so tired of throwing out old teflon that was easily scratched and flaking. I need to cook bland chicken for an aging dog so I was amazed to discover I can fry strips of chicken in WATER by using a lid from another pot. I then rinse and wipe the pan out with a paper towel. I'm amazed every time I do it! The spatula was a really nice bonus too.
