Jus brought the product and started using and I should say it’s a decent product but my worry is that it was said water saving 60% n all but I have been using for last 3 days and on observing, lot of water flows out of the exit tube.The Service agent told its 1:1 ratio as we take 1 glass water and 1 glass will be drained out but I tracked by taking water in a 2 litre bottle 3times a day to know how much water is pushed out as I put the exit drain pipe in a 20litre water container and it almost collected 18litres of water.Also I took a glass of water and was checking on the drain pipe and I collect 4 n half glass of water fromExit line !!It’s shocking but checked in YouTube and ppl say this is how water purifier work itseems!

Product is working fine as expected. Water taste is good as well. Prefilter is something you have to purchase externally.Installation was done in 2 days. Overall the product is Great.

Initially it tasted little odd for first 3 to 4 days . I raised even complaint . But service person showed me tds was normal within range. Everything came to normal over 7 to 10 days. It's a very good product. I liked it . Worth buying.

Very good quality....Worth of price for good tasty water. I am using it for 9 months no problem upto now. But one thing an extra sedimentary filter has to be bought which is not given with this set up. When technician will come to install you have to buy it from him with around 2000 rs.

Pretty good considering the price. tested with a TDS meter (bought separately) , filtered water has TDS around 51-53 which is good. M/C is not much noisy, only little pump sound while filling water. Takes about 20-25 mins for filling 6 Lit (full capacity). Installation was smooth( no pre-filter supplied, bought separately). Reducing 1 star due to built quality, the plastic seems little flimsy, the filter body can easily get damaged if needed to move to a different house. Still waiting to see the inner filter performance like how long it lasts etc.
