As with some other reviews that I read prior to purchasing, the pumps do not work at all! The only way to get the product out, is to take out the pump and pour it in your hands. And when it arrived, the conditioner had leaked onto the shampoo bottle. Aside from that, I like the shampoo, conditioner and leave in detangling spray. The products have made it easier to get through my hair and I will probably purchase again.

The pump is broken. It smells good at least but I don’t wanna have to be pouring my conditioner every time

Pump doesn't work. Kept twisting and twisting and wouldn't come up. So I had to take the whole top off. Good product, the company needs to make a better pump
