Amazing customer care
The customer care was caring and professional, I felt very well with that. The delivery was very great and the item arrived without any damage even though it's not easy to access my flat. When we installed that on the bed, I didn't try it yet but the youth who are sleeping on it are saying that the sleeping quality is improved and the purpose was achieved to make it a bit more firm for the mattress. Before that the mattress was too soft.

It supports weight
Definitely worth getting to help make the bed slats more better and have a night sleep without the slats breaking or falling out the bed.

Does the job
It was perfect compared to buying a new bed, I thought it was a little expensive as a divan bed would be double or less the price. I loved the tape around it but did not like the sharp corners and has hard to chop them as they kept hitting me but overall not bad

Unfinished wood
Although I was glad to receive the panels, & v quickly too, I noticed all 3 had broken tape on which I sellotaped over, I was to wash all the wood dust too, and the fumes degassing were bad. It became apparent that I’d have to varnish all 6 sides of the panels, to seal in the toxic gases which I’d be lying above for 1/3rd of my life…like formaldehyde etc, that degass from untreated wood forever. This was hard work for me, done outside last week in sun, and then put in a spare room to let fumes escape, with window open and heating on, until my new mattress arrived. The price is expensive for untreated wood/bare plywood. It was also hard work setting them on the bed slats before covering with a duvet-cover, so as to protect the new mattress. The lady was very helpful when I phoned up to find out about what chemicals were in them, said no one had asked that before, and messaged back with details. I’m hoping it’ll improve my sleep & backache, although I had to do so much work 3 days ago when new mattress arrived & I needed to completely uncover bed frame, wash, and put panels in place- which were warped to an extent, since arriving…I put the worst non-flat 1 at the bottom of the bed. So yea, my ribs have dislocated and backache, sore hands etc from all the work, but hoping when all fumes & body pain subsides, that the bed’ll be much better than before, due to the panels (btw the panels look varnished in selling pictures, so misleading, and doesn’t mention it’s untreated plywood which needs to be sealed somehow to prevent permanent off-gassing from the glues used etc.

Very effective
So glad I bought it as the bed clips and slats were no longer supporting my bed. This is effective and has saved me having to buy a new bed.

Very expensive for what it is
Bought this as the base of my bed was not firm enough. Essentially this product is two boards which together are the size of a double bed. While it does the job, it probably works out as two of the most expensive pieces of wood in history. Much cheaper to do it yourself if you have the right tools and measurements
