This fits Motorola Radios perfectly
I have been using this product for 7 months now on a daily basis using a Motorola "Walmart Store" radio. I works flawlessly and allows the radio to be placed where it is convenient for the user. It pairs with most Bluetooth cellphone and wireless Bluetooth headsets, it was never intended for hearing aids, I have not tried to pair it to mine because I have them paired to my phone. I have paired with several Bluetooth cellphone earpieces and have had zero issues. I have tried other brands of Bluetooth transmitter/receiver units but this one is the very best. Having no wires connecting the earpiece is AWESOME.

Not ok
The device worked but it was in an always connected state it seemed. I expected it to work with the PTT button thats included, similar to another ham radio that was transmitting when you pushbthe talk button, only when the PTT button was pushed and allowing me to use the Bluetooth headset I have when I use that button and then disconnect. Mostly this can't be used simultaneously with my phone and the device paired with my Sena 50s at the same time. Going to just try to buy a ham radio with bluetooth built in.

Product Worked - But ate through the operation time
While the device worked, I was not pleased with the operating time of any Bluetooth headset attached to the device. The device is constantly transmitting and therefor the headset timeframe is cut to a length as though it is in constant talk time.

Bluetooth works, but can’t plug it in to the radio
The K1 connector is too short to make a connection with my TIDRadio H3. Otherwise, it appears that this would have worked well. It’s a shame they don’t add some length to the connector so the product has a much larger potential market. Returning this product due to its physical limitations.

Great bluetooth alternative to wired headsets.
So far it works great and has solid battery life. Made it through a 13 hour day and was still going strong on a day where there’s a lot of radio chatter all day long. Easy to connect via bluetooth and remembers the ear buds so once you turn it on, it automatically pairs again. Only negative would be it'd be really nice if there was some kind of battery read out so you know when you're getting close to low. But other than that, it's worked great for me so far.

Worth it.
I have a mild-to-severe hearing loss and I work in a very active environment where I'm constantly having to move around. Having a wire just meant I would constantly getting caught on something, the earpiece ripping off my ear (sometimes painfully). I have been using this for about a month in combination with a Shokz OpenRun Pro headset and it works excellently. Far superior audio quality because I can use a headset that doesn't have trash drivers. Far superior comfort because I don't have to worry about the wire catching something and ripping out of my ear. Compared to several other competing products? Literally none of the other ones worked. They all would randomly begin screeching into my ear deafeningly and that's if they transmitted anything at all and that's if they didn't constantly disconnect for no reason. This one worked first try and set-up was simple. I charge this and my headset every night and I wear these for five 12-hour shifts per week and have done so for a month at this point. Never had any connectivity issues or anything with this thing. Literally my only complaint is that I can't use the Shokz OpenComm headset and connect to my phone so I can listen to a podcast or take a call on the fly. I have to turn the adapter off because it is transmitting every second, meaning anything I listen to on the phone is getting cut out on-and-off every second. If they can resolve this issue in an updated version of this, it would be an instant buy for me and a guaranteed 10/10.

Not for law enforcement
This is not a good product. I paired with Shokz open run pro 2 and while you can hear radio traffic, the transmissions were very muffled. If you want a listen only UC it could work but if you need to be able to be clearly heard on the radio it is a failure. Definitely not for LE ops. This is getting returned.
