I received this hand-held steam cleaner & it is a game-changer! It's so easy to use with multiple attachments for different surfaces. I was really impressed with how well it removed stains from my sofa and even got rid of some tough spots in the bathroom. It's a great size, not so bulky. I love that it comes with 12 different accessories. The variety makes it super versatile for cleaning different areas, like the car, floors, and other places. This handy steamer is great for loosening and blasting dirt from hard to get to areas, such as window and door frames. Best used in conjunction with a small stiff bristled brush, such as a toothbrush. Once loosened the dirt is then easy to flush out with the steamer. Use a cloth to wipe off the dirt dislodged by the steamer. Better than using chemicals as the steam pressure removes the dirt from the crevices, making it easy to wipe off the dirt from the frames. I also would assume that it would be great for cleaning around toilets and basins, although I haven't tried this as yet. The steamer doesn't hold a lot of water but I found it more than adequate for cleaning 2 or 3 window frames as you only need to use short blasts. The steamer is also quick to heat up but you need to allow the steamer to cool down before opening the filler cap. A safety feature prevents the cap from being opened whilct there is still pressure in the steamer anyway. There are several attachments to make it easy to get to all areas, including attachments for cleaning windows and steaming clothes, which I have no doubt with wotk as expected. I am looking forward to using these. I used the steamer to try and loosen baked on grease on our oven door but it failed to either remove or indeed loosen the grease. Also, I haven't tried using the steamer on furniture or carpet areas but I would think that a larger floor mounted steamer would be a better option.

I bought this steam cleaner after being thoroughly influenced by TikTok. Reader, I was fooled. I attempted to clean egg yolk that had dripped onto my cooker using the concentrated steam nozzle. It wouldn’t budge. Not even slightly. I eventually had to scrape it off with my fingernail like a Victorian scullery maid, which rather defeats the purpose of modern appliances. The tank is tiny (250ml) and lasts only a couple of minutes before you have to put the machine down to reheat. Refilling is a joy too — you must wait around 5 minutes for it to cool, which means it takes longer to refill than it does to clean. Rinse and repeat. Literally. Windows? A disaster. Dripping everywhere, streaks left behind, and I still had to scrub the marks off manually. Cooker? Instead of cleaning, it simply blew the dirt around like it was redistributing grime for fairness. Sofa cleaning resulted in the sofa being soaked but not actually clean. At that point, I accepted defeat. This is absolutely not the TikTok sensation it claims to be. I got sucked into buying it, wasted a lot of time, and am now packing it up to send straight back. If you enjoy waiting, refilling, wiping up water, and doing the actual cleaning yourself anyway — this may be the product for you. Otherwise, save your money and your dignity.

Okay steamer, not quite the hype as shown on social media. The tank is rather small and only allows for very short durations of work, then you have to wait 5 minutes before being able to open the compartment to refill. When working it works quite well within reason. We may invest in a steamer with a larger tank.

We got this initially to try on shower glass, it did a fab job on the glass, I also used the attachment nozzle to clear all round the shower and shine up the chrome. I've tried it on our hob, mirrors and windows and it's done a great job. Heats up quick and easy to use, lightweight and impressive steam. Handy little gadget.

This is honestly the best thing to clean those things you can’t get rid of it leaves everything spotless as if it was new, definitely worth the buy, the quality of it is amazing very sturdy and not something big you have to drag around it removes dirt so efficiently no water leaks at all and the steam well it’s. Steam cleaner so obviously a bit but it’s perfect it’s easy going and looks fantastic removes those dirty marks with absolute ease 10/10
