Great idea,but not for me sorry taste like smoking rolled up paper. I coughed immediately the smell is like a barn fire. Not like cigarettes. I'm bummed. I tried vape and made my lungs heavy and sick so just have to quit on my own tapering down. Its not nicotine for me its tge act itself inhaling the habit. I quit when I got pregnant with my kids and years after idk why I ever started up again ugh divorce I guess lol. I really hope it works for some.

These are made from botanicals. No nicotine, no tobacco, no THC, and no cbc. Has been a great substitute for smoking tobacco cigarettes. They burn and taste like a tobacco cigarette.

If I could give this product 0stars I would they taste just like dirt.NASTY I WANT TO STOP SMOKING ,not smoke dirt to stop people always ask for a cigarette I'm gonna give them one of these I bet they won't ask me no more after puffing on these LOL.

A little strong

These smokes have been great for getting me off cigarettes! When I first tried them I nearly killed myself because I took a draw like a regular cig, not a good idea. it is REALLY STRONG!! I started taking really small puffs and only then did I find they really worked for me. Also, you only smoke HALF the cigarette because the further down you smoke it ... the stronger it gets and you will feel a burning effect in your throat. The smell is unpleasant but dissipates quickly. I have a fan going and air purifier so the smell goes away quickly and doesn't leave a lasting smell like real cigarettes do. There is an adjustment period with these and I now think i am about ready to STEP (pun intended) back from these soon, maybe 1 more round and I'll be done! Oh... also, the cost is great!! $300 a month on tabacco and now is $40 a month... hopefully soon it will be $0 a month!

These don’t taste like cigarettes. Kind of have a plastic after taste when you light one and smoke it.

2 stars for look and feel, After picking up my order and coming home from work I decided giving one a try, firstly the smell is similar to what a non-smoker smells second hand - pungent. Taste was okay as I can tell with one drawback... Lit it and smoked one of the step cigarettes, after halfway through I started feeling nauseous and started dry heaving for 5 minutes. I recommend not inhaling if you plan to use this product as a means of quitting smoking as it can potentially cause you to become sick and vomit
