I usually wait like months before making reviews but this is so worth it and very awesome to use! Easy to set it up especially on the app, i can set a schedule when i would like to eat and just leave it to warm up my food, and heads up, it only heats up enough to warm up food, not to cook so no risk of burning at all and wasy to clean.

Do not Buy It! Expensive and you can find something better, battery die fast.

We got this for my husband and he loves it. You have to use the cook setting to get your food really hot. But it works well. **Update a year and half later it stopped working. But I do have to say he used it at least 4 day a week for the last year and a half and he loved it. So I will be getting another

Nice to get something that was used.👎🏼 one of the pans has a heat spot on it. The other things have water spots on it like they’ve been washed. It doesn’t come from the factory that way now I live in a rural area. It’s really hard to get a refund. Because you have to take it back to somewhere.

Nearly two heats per charge. A higher wattage charger (30-100 watts) is helpful.

The battery did not hold a charge well at all. I would charge it to 100% to prepare for future use. A few hours later it would be down to 85%. While using, ten minutes into re-heating a meal, the battery dropped all the way down to 25%. This happened both times I tried using this device. I was never able to re-heat a meal fully because of the battery dying before the meal was done. The battery lasted approximately 40 minutes each time I used it. Keep in mind that according to the app, the meals would require 70-80 minutes to re-heat, which means the battery was never able to provide the full re-heat. The product itself is really well made. I love how easy it is to clean and I love how everything can be controlled with the app. It is unfortunate that the battery died so quickly which made the device practically unusable and inefficient, especially considering the price tag.
