They’re definitely not for quitting smoking if you’re a long term smoker, it doesn’t give you the sensation of smoking or even kick the hum you have, honestly chewing gum is a way better and cheaper alternative and works better imo than these do, half the time you can’t even tell if you’ve even hit the essential oils or not the flavor is hit or miss itself, it would be different if it acted as a mod vape would , you hit it like a cig you get the smoke and the sensation but not the nicotine , and gum or no nicotine mod vapes are your absolute best best these are a no go, you’re jus walking around hitting flavored air like that’s it your inhaling a flavorful wind .. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone or buy again. Sorry.

I was really apprehensive on this. Kinda seems b.s. if you ask me. But my kids really want me to quit vapping. I quite smoking cigarettes 5 years ago. I am down to no nice in the vap. So I figured why not give this a shot. And wow. It really does take the want and drive away since its more of and hand to mouth thing left for me. So if its not the nic yiu need. Give this a shot. Its worth it. And the flavors are not that bad just a hint of something. Love it, and just a small draw thats needed.

No, just no. They don’t last more than 5 min, overpriced, and the flavors are bad. Save your money,…… go buy a vape

I gave these bad boys 3 ⭐️’s because the pull or air draw is a wee bit to low for my 44 year old man sized lungs 🫁, the flavor is good and all that jazz it does feel like you are hitting a vape just without the seeing of a cloud getting blown out, the are too small I bought a four pack and relieved them 3 days ago, I can’t tell you where the other 3 are at the moment very easy to lose and since they have practically no weight you won’t hear them when not if they fall to ye floor and or ground, overall good product going on day 6 of no vape so yeah if the will is there these will work for you. I would suggest however getting something to hold and attach to your person somewhere somehow.

I bought these as a stop smoking aid. The spearmint flavor satisfies the craving. It tastes close enough to a menthol cigarette the craving is gone in 4-5 puffs. Mind you I've only been cigarette free for a day and a half. Hoping it works.

A few things. The product is “fine”. Extremely overpriced for what the item is. I think people order this in hopes it will taste and feel exactly like a vape or cigarette. It does not. It’s just a tool to help during the quitting process. The rest boils down to willpower. This is not a magic fix but has been helpful for me so far. If you don’t want to keep buying it, take a straw and fill it with a small cut pad of cotton that you dipped in essential oils and let dry. Also make sure you put the cap and bottom back on after using and it’ll make this item last longer. Y’all got this!!!

So first up I'm quiting capping which has a completely different pull these are more of a cigarette pull. I wish it had an option to open up the bottom air port or and option to put an "easy pull" version however the flavor is definitely there overall good product. Side note these are definitely small then I was anticipation maybe around 3 inches.

I was ready to stop vaping just needed something to comfort the hand to mouth. I really wish I would have tried anything but these. To start the flavor is absolutely horrible. The first try made my stomach turn. I figured I would give another flavor a try (grapefruit) tasted like medicine but was tolerable so I decided to really give it a full hearted try. Obviously there was a difference between this and a vape. I was fully prepared for that and am in the headspace of quitting so that didn’t bother me too much but I probably could have used an old pin cap and got the same effect without the nasty flavor. After a few days of using these I ended up in urgent care with an infection in my throat. I don’t know for certain if these are what made me sick but I was fine until using them which I find odd. Overall even without the infection I would not recommend these. The flavor is awful. They don’t provide any similarity to vape in weight or in the hit. There are other things on the market that I think are safer and a better alternative than this item. I wish I would have paid more and saved myself the time and pain of this item.
