This wellness journal is a great way to reflect on your day and set goals. It’s a hardcover with thick pages and several topics to reflect upon.

I like how every page is the same, you know what to expect. Every morning I start a new page (left side), and I start my day with intention. Then, in the evening I complete the spread, which includes space on the right to reflect on what went well, and to journal any thoughts and feelings. I like how it keeps you focused on the positive things.

Like the design. Good value for money. Could use more pages to write but this is good for gifting. Easy to use

I love this guided journal. I've always loved journaling, but recently I haven't had the motivation, so having the prompts and structure is incredibly helpful. It's a good value for the price with thick pages that don't bleed and a nice cover. Overall, it helps me maintain my goal of journaling consistently--a win for me!

Fantastic journal, focusing on wellness by insightful prompting questions on both pages. The second page is really about reflecting on how well the day went. The quality and style of this journal is wonderful. This is a journal. I will definitely buy again. I’ve only just begun using it, but it’s already giving me a sense of wellness in the structure of it. Highly recommend. And it has wonderful layout and quality and the price is affordable in a really nice way.

I’ve been journaling for years now and never got any journal with prompts or things of that sort. This is super helpful to see day to day planning and progress and keep you on track :)

This is a great journal for beginner’s looking to get into journaling. It has a fairly simple layout that makes the prompts easy to follow and fill out. The book finish is beautiful and striking and the construction seems well built. I am very happy with the product. Pages are a thicker size and pen ink does not bleed through the pages, which is great.

Nice cover, looks to be decent quality . Cost could be slightly cheaper.. but that’s okay hehe
