How much does it hold in ml or oz?

86 oz is the amount they have been tested to hold. However, I would say this amount is for testing only. From years of experience, other factors cause leakage, i.e. position and movement of wearer, how the brief is positioned and taped, correct fit for wearer, etc. need to be taken into consideration. This has been the best brief of any we have purchased over 16 yrs.
