Worked great

Though the battery did not work very well for me, I am giving their customer service five stars. My mom has dementia and I did not have a chance to try out the battery before the return period ended. When I contacted their customer service to ask advice because the battery only lasted 4 hours, they gave me a refund. I was so relieved because life is so stressful right now.

Battery has been exceptional thus far. Just as good as OEM. Lasting long. We put this in a Lenovo X1C 6th gen.

Save your money, get new battery directly from manufacturer of you laptop. From day one this thing never held a charge for more than 10 minutes. 100% to 0% in about 9 minutes. Bought new one from manufacturer and all is well.

Easy to install, only issue Lenovo has 9 screws to remove, came with screwdrivers & plastic pry. Works fine so far, charged up to 90%, no BIOS adjustment needed. We'll see how long it lasts.

Overall, very pleased with this inexpensive yet well constructed replacement battery. The enclosed instructions were pretty much useless. They were generic and didn’t actually apply to this battery. However, it is not rocket science to remove the back laptop cover and the four additional screws to remove the legacy battery and place this new one inside. I was a little concerned about any bios updates or software changes that would be needed, however, the Lenovo computer very quickly recognized the new battery, and seems to be providing a whole lot more storage charge than the older OEM battery that was replaced. Overall, for this price, this is a really good choice. Would have given five stars if the instructions were more clear. Since this is a specific battery for this model, there really isn’t a good reason not to provide those.

No data for how long it will last yet, but the initial impression is excellent. The two screwdrivers-one for the outside screws and the other for the ones holding the battery, both magnified and exact fit. It comes with the small plastic piece (not shown in any of the pictures) that makes it easy to pry the case open. Just be slow and you will be fine. The new battery is now able to charge to 100% capacity as oppose to the old one only to 50%.

Worked perfectly. Had to reseat it once I put it in because the contacts weren't aligned right but that was not the fault of the product.
