These speakers look nice and sound incredible! The pairing capability works very well between speakers, with simple instructions that made setup a breeze.One of the things I was initially concerned with was the range of the remote. These speakers are mounted up under my garage eaves (about 8 feet off the ground), but the remote reaches easily. The manual is very well laid out and I have had no problems connecting the speakers to my phone and other Bluetooth sources. Great sound quality for the money, and they are LOUD at maximum volume, with no distortion!I ordered some additional speakers to add on to the two I already have, but the Bluetooth names between the sets are different, making them incompatible. I sent an email to their support and received a reply the next day, offering to replace the older speakers with a brand new set for free! I had read other reviews before I purchased these and the great customer service was always a selling point for me. It's something that you hope you never have to use, but I can confirm that the stories are true: they really stand behind their product.These speakers are one of the best purchases I've ever made!

The speakers work great. Very loud and clear. Easy to install and set-up. While older versions do not work with newer versions, customer service was very helpful in rectifying the issue. Would recommend.

These speakers were purchased a few months ago and worked great. They were easy yo set up and connect. Sound quality is excellent. I did have an issue two weeks ago when one speaker suddenly stopped working. I tried troubleshooting with no luck. I am still rating this product 5 stars due to the response and follow up from customer support. I contact them and they immediately responded with some troubling shooting tips. When these didn't work they immediately sent me two new speakers. The reason for two is that the new ones wouldn't pair with the older ones. They are now set up and working great. I really appreciate the support given when a problem arose. Highly recommend this company.

Not sure about these. I bought 3 pairs and have only setup half of the speakers but the first few days, I was impressed with the sound for the price and connection seemed stable.We had a bit of rain but, nothing crazy and these are under cover. Still, the main unit we're bluetoothing to got some water in it and connection seems to have degraded since. The music now doesn't sync properly across the other units and if I pick up and tilt the speaker, it turns off. Seems the waterproofing on this one didn't hold on on of these but did on the others?I'll try to contact the seller and setup the others in the meantime to see how they work.

UPDATE….. the company reached out to me to discuss my original problems noted in my original review and customized a set of speakers based off of my issues and sent them to me free of charge.1. They adjusted the firmware so that the volume was at 10% at startup, versus the 100% on the original purchase.2. They modified the remote sensor and added a new remote control design that works up to 50 feet. We’ve tested and it works awesome !!I changed my review from 3 to 5+ stars just on the customer service alone.Great company doing great things…. Are rare service these days.I RECOMMEND BUYING THEM A++++++Original Review Below…..We love the sound quality and how easy they are to turn on and off, but there a few cons that are very irritating…CONS1. We have them connected to a Bluetooth adapter (inline optical) that is connected to our tv inside the house so that we can play YouTube music from our Roku indoors and have the same music outdoors. This is a fixed Bluetooth audio signal. So when you go inside and back outside the house it’s the same music. This feature works perfectly but when you turn these speakers on, they force the volume to go from low to full volume.We attempt to stop it from going to full volume by pressing on the volume button on the remote, which it does stop it, but as soon as you let go of the button on the remote control, the cycle starts over and continues to raise the volume to full volume.So it appears that the firmware forces it to full volume at start up, so I’m concerned on how long they will last as eventually it will blow the speakers and is a nuisance that every time we want to turn them on, we have to let the entire neighborhood hear what we’re playing at full volume lol2. The remote control is awful. You have to be standing perfectly in front of the speaker pointing the remote at a perfect angle or else it doesn’t work. I can’t believe with today’s technology that we’re still using such outdated technology that doesn’t work well, but I guess at least it has a remote control lolWe don’t know of any other options that could replace these so we will keep them, but this is definitely something I would like other buyers to known in advance.

Impressive speakers for the price. Very attractive, excellent sound quality, easy to set up and the Bluetooth connection made it super easy to connect multiple speakers around the swimming pool area. My family is ready for summer!

Great quality sound for a deck or porch. Now with the sound quality, you must manage your expectations. These are not Bose. For the price you pay these are very good sound and are nice to have for some music or adding to an outdoor theater system.
