Quality Control is a must
I have used Scotts lawn products on my lawn for 30 years. Today I spread my fall weed and feed. Mind you, two bags of 12000 cubic feet cost me over $140. The bags were full of hard clumps that were not useable and just kept clogging my spreader. Usually, I can do the job in 45 minutes. Today was a difficult task not to mention I had to throw the many hard clumps away as they could not be broken. I can't return because I opened the bag and used some. TRULY disappointed in Scotts! Lets hope this is not going to be a regular issue, because the product is great but a bit pricey and I would not want to have to find a new lawn care system.
