Perfect for Bee Hive.
Great construction quality. Has withstood much time in sunlight and rain and heavy wind. Wrapped and hooked to itself around my beehive and stand. Have never had to adjust it.

Smaller than standard clamp size
Well made bungee, remains strong regardless of weather conditions w/o any color fading after being left on the bike rack for months. 4 stars - 8mm must be German clamp diameter norm because they must be forced onto most everything I've attempt to connect them to. The metal ends resist expanding (rounding out as to increase diameter) to the extreme! Be sure to measure the diameter of anything and everything you intend to secure with this bungee set.

German Safety Certified.................Made in China.............Say what?
The tags on each bungee cord say GS Geprufte Sicherhelt (Safety Certified) and also............Made in China which seems an oxymoron. .....until now I guess. What guidelines does the German GS Certification go by for these bungee cords? Are these bungees better as a result of inferred German engineering and scrutiny? What criteria has been shown to prove this in the end?Probably fine for regular use. Nothing about UV resistant or anything special. Label says "Heavy Duty, Great Grip, 12 Pcs in Jar,Made in China, New".-I demote myself to a 2 star shopper for lack of critical thinking about the presentation of this product. Slap, Slap, What was I thinking?...........-Sellers representation to suck buyers in by mentioning German i.e. inferring a quality product that's made in China..........5 stars.............
