On my 4th bottle and it's now my basic supplement must-have.

Supplements help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food, and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review that you can determine for yourself if you want to try this one out or not. I love flip top lids on supplements! This bottle comes about 75% full, which is not too bad nowadays. If used as directed it will last three months. There is no expiration date on the bottle, but the date it was manufactured is Apr 2024. There is barely any scent, and what I think of as a "sterile" taste to the capsules, and they are easy to swallow with water. I like my supplement bottles to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and Made in USA. This says non-GMO and GMP-certified. The product page says 3rd-party tested. I look into the supplement companies I use because I've come across so many shady ones. The renuebyscience site has some impressive information on their testing, company, products, and more. The site has a working phone number (which is also on the bottle) and chat feature, and information on their 100% satisfaction guarantee, which is nice since Amazon doesn't allow returns on supplements. I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but I am quite impressed with what I see about this company, their transparency, and the quality of their products (including lack of the common fillers so many other companies say they need to use). The price might seem high at first, but keeping in mind it's for three months' worth, the quality of the product and what it does, and the caliber of company, I really like it. My productivity and endurance seems to be helped by this. I'm more motivated to exercise and I get more done at work. The extra calcium is a side bonus. All the pills were intact as was the safety seal. Easy to swallow, no side effects or odor. No fillers. Love that the company puts the purity testing results in the ad! The price seems high but this appears to be a high quality supplement from a good company providing 3 months of product. Getting 3 months at a time saves on shipping and all the plastic waste of month long bottles. I would buy this again.

As with many supplements, it is too hard to notice any benefits (or side effects) after just a few weeks of use. What I can say about this liposomal form of calcium-AKG is that it is top quality stuff from a very reputable and cutting-edge supplement company (Renue) and also that the many different things this can possibly do for your body make it very compelling to try. I am glad I am getting the chance. Unfortunately, it's also one of those that, for me at least, is just a bit out of my price range, especially without knowing exactly what effect it is having. As more research comes out, I will make a decision on continuing to take it or not. The serving size is one capsule, and you get 90 in a bottle, so at a three-month supply, it's not that bad of a value. There are others that possibly offer fewer servings. In any case, I think you can't go wrong with this Renue version, particularly if the upfront cost doesn't bother you.

These don’t taste or smell bad, and they’re easy to take. At just one a day, this is a two month supply. I’m taking this for my mitochondria. They’re happier when I take it, as far as I can tell. I feel good and have had zero adverse side effects. I figure the real results of my diet, exercise, and supplement routine that I do right now won’t be clear for another twenty to thirty years… so I just do the best I can. I like including this in my regimen. Do your own research!

It looks well. No obvious side effects. Only unsatisfactory side is there is no expiration date.
