Received a defective item and they won't return or replace it. Even in a city like Bangalore they want me to walk-in and get support from their service center. The 3 blades are not moving at all even after charging the product as advised by their support. Took me 3 days to actually speak to a support person. Would not recommend, stuck with their product now.

Good trimmer on time delivery the result of the product is nice but not like that of shaving good for those who likes clean shave but dnt want to use razor blade for shaving we got one year extended warranty 2+1 one with the scanner we got with the product go for it .
