Q: Can we include in the description of the item delivered that those are pet toys

This is not a toy for a dog. The collar is to be used on the dog when you’re working on training.

Q: What type of stimuli does this collar use? I see various collars list either static or shock but don’t see either for this one.

The Dogtra collar works great. The button on the front is like a light vibration to get your dogs attention and let him/ her know what is coming next. The next is in the top left side with a quick shock to really get you dog’s attention that he/ she quickly realize that they need to correct their unwanted behavior, which works swiftly. I don’t recommend to hit the second button on the left side as it can result in injury to your dog. The shock stays on for like 6 seconds if you don’t hit the button again to stop it. We use the vibrate more then the shock as after several times of getting shocked your dog realizes it is not pleasant. One thing though the collar needs to be tight enough for your dog to feel anything especially if your dog has long thick hair. Most people feel this is in humane however it could save your dogs life especially when walking off leash and they attempt to run in the street or towards another unfriendly aggressive dog.

Q: Are the collars and transmitters interchangeable, if I already have the same set?

I don't believe they are, I'm pretty sure they ate on different frequencies. I went to a dog training class where everyone had the same model and there were no issues.

Q: What can I do to get a replacement charger? Mine isn’t charging the collar and remote
