Works for me a lot better than Benedryl and doesn’t leave you drowsy in the morning

Very effective sleep medication but just reviewed long term adverse reaction. Long term use can cause dementia. No warning shows anywhere in the instructions.

no effective.. UPDATED REVIEW.. i take 7pm until 11pm still awake. then morning time.. you experience too much headache. i waste my 100Sar
