How to switch the air fryer oven to the oven function？

You can select the cake mode, which is an oven function with a temperature range of 60-140 degrees Celsius and a time of 5-60 minutes.

How Can I select my own temperature and time without using one of the icons for say cake or meat？

Once the air fryer oven is on, press the temperature button and select the temperature via the knob, press the time button and select the time via the rotary knob, then press start and the oven will start running.

Is it a microwave oven as well?

This air fryer oven is totally different working principle with microwave, maybe few function is similar, like heating the food. If you only want to achieve microwave-like results, it's best to wrap the food in aluminium foil to heat it up.

Can the fan be turned off? Is the oven running loudly?

The fan cannot be switched off, it can only be adjusted in cake or warm mode to adjust the speed of the fan. There is a high-speed rotating fan on the top of oven, in order to make the hot wind convection, so it works louder than a normal oven.

What are the insert dimensions of the oven?

For safety reasons, the interior dimensions should be no less than 36*38*42cm (L:W:H) on each side. Do not place objects on top of the oven after installation. Keep the oven at least 5cm away from surrounding objects
