I used this as part of my trunk or treat Halloween Harry Potter setup. It went perfectly with the theme and was a cute addition to all of my other items. It now sits in my room as a light at night. There are two settings of brightness and it is touch sensitive. Very lightweight and the perfect size.

I really like the shape of this light. My 11 year old wanted a “Harry Potter desk” and a light for it. This fits the bill perfectly! It comes in a nice Harry Potter box, but the light itself is very light and cheap feeling. It’s made of all plastic. The dome came scratched from rubbing on the box lid. I’m pretty sure the next one would come like that as well so I’m choosing to ignore it. I don’t think my daughter will notice it. I love that you just tap the dome to turn it off and on. I think it’s going to look great on her new desk. From a distance you can’t tell it’s plastic. And probably better it is since it’s going in a kids room. Overall I’m very satisfied with it and I know my daughter will love it!

I purchased 1st in Jan. I sent invoice and contacted sellers in Feb. that my order was still not received after purchase. Received the order in March. It was a gift, so timing was not important.

Let me say this, I’m in no way complaining about the product. It’s awesome! And as a Harry Potter fan it’s something I appreciate. But here’s the issue, the delivery. I got this for my younger cousin who also loves the franchise, so for her birthday this is what I got. Size was good, the product looked great! Just like the movie! And it worked well. But the material is clearly made out of something really fragile because for some reason, not once but twice the damn thing had its wing broken off. And it’s understandable how that could happen. The wings are thin, but it’s suppose to be packaged, and the snitch is inside a plastic dome. The only way it would have been broke. As it was would be because whoever delivered it wasn’t careful at all! And normally I wouldn’t make a big deal but this isn’t for me! This is for my cousin, who I love dearly like a little sister! Whether this is cause of the company who made the product or Amazon who shipped it, it’s definitely unacceptable to deal with.Again, this is an easily fixable problem, if anyone isn’t bothered by a snapped wing, you can probably glue it back on. But whoever is looking for a brand new perfectly made product that isn’t broken, please be careful.
