I wish I never bought it!
I don’t know why in the description they say this is a multi surface cleaner. This machine is inferior to the other crosswave models and is not suitable for carpets or surface area rugs. Also, you cannot control how the water/cleaning fluid mix is dispensed like on the other models, so once the machine is switched on, the cleaning fluid runs through the machine within several minutes.

Loved it but it started to leak
It worked really well for a month then started to leak from the top to the power source. Amazon customer service swiftly arranged for a return which was good. Other than that I really liked it when it worked.
