Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance Standard Edition - PlayStation 5

Awesome improvement over the vanilla release. The PS5 version runs smoothly and looks great. OST is stellar as was the first one's but with tons of new great tracks. And most importantly, the new story path gives people who played and enjoyed the first release an excuse to replay the game. This is truly the definitive way to enjoy this game!

Honestly, another one of my favorite games. I originally played through the base SMTV on my Switch. So far that I had a well built team. When SMTVengeance was announced, I couldn't wait. Couldn't wait to finally play it on a next Gen console and add this to my Atlus collection. Game came in great condition and was handled with care. Can't wait to dump over a hundred hours into this game. Now, for the game itself. The world is large, the turn base fighting is fun, each attack having fluid animations, even attacks locked to a respective character has it's own animation. The story is nice, extensive, the game also has a lot of side quests. Honestly, when playing SMTV, I got in about 100 hours and I wasn't even sure if I was half way through or not, but I was still having so much fun. Building stronger teams for bosses, side quests and DLC quests. Another great JRPG from Atlus.

I'm only 20hrs in so far, but this game is fantastic! If you love the Persona series, you will absolutely love this game.

This is SMT 5 with the vengeance expansion. You start the expansion at the beginning of the game based on wether or not you grab the woman's hand. It came packaged well. It works fine.

Es una edición común al precio que lo conseguí ($20), es imperdible. Un JRPG para los que ya jugaron alguno antes (es un juego difícil). Es la versión completa que trae la ruta del juego común y la nueva (vegance), un juego imperdible pero no es un Persona no lo compren buscando eso porque esto es algo diferente

Purchased the steelbook launch edition for Nintendo Switch and then purchased the standard edition for PlayStation 5. The jrpg has quickly become one of my top three favorites of all time. The game is very content heavy and will require upwards of a hundred hours to complete everything. The game also has super bosses to keep you busy in the end game. I love the style of the game and the hundreds of demons you capture look great in 4k. The new added vergence story line is also vastly superior to the original story by introducing new guest characters and the new villainous quartet the Quidistu. This game is an easy 9/10 go buy it already.

Se muitos consideravam Persona 5 como o melhor RPG da Atlus, esse SMT mostra que estão errados. Esse jogo é o melhor de ambos os conceitos dos jogos da Atlus num único jogo, os gráficos da Unreal Engine são de cair os queixo, e o melhor de tudo é a localização PT-BR que manteve muito dos nomes, seja das magias e nome dos demônios intactos. Outra coisa que afastava muitos jogadores da franquia SMT era sua alta dificuldade elevada, nesse jogo temos dificuldades que até novatos podem jogar numa dificuldade onde pode se aprender as mecânicas, ou seja se você quer conhece essa franquia que vem desde a época do MSX esse é o melhor jogo para conhecer. Ouso dizer que gostei desse jogo até mais que Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, quem é novato nessa franquia recomendo fortemente que joguem esse incrível RPG.

A great remaster over the original. Still the great story, characters and world. If you’re a fan of Person, you will love this just don’t expect the same amount of character interaction and stories/love interest.

Todo perfecto, llegó intacto solo traía el disco fuera de su lugar pero no se rayo. Super juego está demaciado adictivo.

Platinumed this and as much as there are multiple playthroughs. Its tedious and monotonous carrying on different playthroughs just to select one option for a different outcome. Decent to play once, but very predictable. Gameplay and combat is the only redeeming factor.
