Recommended by my physio, ok his advice and after reading the reviews for the cheaper alternatives I went for the original. Expensive but seems well put together and I'm confident it will last. It really works your balance and core. My kids are also amused by it 😂

My personal trainer introduced me to this for core strength training. My balance has improved dramatically and I can now do dumbbell raises with ease balancing and standing on the flat surface. Very versatile device that would never have caught my attention otherwise. Got the next gen pro at a good price . Funny how kids will have any excuse to jump on it so keeps the little one busy too.

Great product! Perfect for at home gym. Easy to use after you have inflated it which I have founded to be quite hard. After removing it from the package itself I’d recommend to leave it someplace that you don’t use as much (like spare room) as it stinks! The smell is quite strong and it takes close to two weeks to completely disappear. Overall I’d recommend it.

Good quality item. Just you'd expect from BOSU

Product is heavy, and appears sturdy but I can't inflate it as they is no plug for the air intake hole at the base. It only comes with the Bosu and pump, therefore useless unless you know where to order plug.

Arrived well packaged and easy to inflate, using the supplied pump……. Make sure you follow the instructions and have a ruler handy just to make sure of the correct inflation. As a helpful tip, from past experience at using a bosu, the higher the pressure the harder you will have to work to balance on the Bosu in use. A lower pressure will make the Bosu easier to balance on, as there is more surface ‘Contact’ … it ‘squishes’ more ;o). Have the inflation plug handy, remove the pump and put a finger over the hole…… then put in the bung when you have put down the pump, it also helps to slightly lubricate the plug ( a tiny bit of saliva will do) just to help the plug seat quickly. The downloadable exercise instructions were good but having used a Bosu in the gym, I found my routine exercises were easily repeatable. The Next Gen tactile cover helps with grip when using it ‘on the flat’ and definitely helps for yoga exercises. Al in all an excellent, versatile, piece of exercise equipment which is fairly easy to store (bearing in mind, you’ll want to keep it inflated, rather than constantly depleting &inflating when you use it)

I am recovering from hip surgery, One of the things the physio wants yo to do is work on your balance strength. I tried the more basic BOSU, it is just not has well built as this version.

Easy to set up, looks great and does everything it should. No issues with the product at all. Feels good standing on it, like it's not going to break or pop, confidence is high.

商品到着時から、この部分だけ何故か隙間があった。 ただ空気を入れてみると、空気の抜けはなかったので、少し隙間が出来たりする仕様だと思い1カ月ほど使用。 案の定、この隙間があった部分のチューブ部分から穴があき、空気が抜けるようになった。

I have always wanted the BOSU balance trainer cause I heard and seen so many good reviews on it. Am looking forward to taking my workouts to a whole new level. Thanks BOSU!

This is a good quality Bosu ball. I've worked out with it several times now; it has good grip for sweaty hands and feet while exercising. I've only used it for low impact and fairly basic barefoot routines, still have to try it with running shoes on but it's a balance challenge no matter your footwear so keep your eyes on the Bosu ball while you're working with it to stay safe. It's nice and heavy enough to make overhead lifts and burpee type combo moves challenging. I'm happy with it overall. It's pricey but I'm happy I chose to go with this Bosu ball rather than a cheaper model. It's well ridged and as stable as I believe a Bosu ball could be (keeping in mind it's meant to be a balance challenge so always watch your footing when you're working with it!) I didn't receive any DVDs with this purchase and didn't notice any d/l information of routines to follow from the manufacturer but there are plenty of good exercise routines on YouTube to follow. Choose a beginner routine for your first time until you feel more comfortable with the Bosu for sure. The ball was relatively easy to inflate; the pump that comes with it is cheap but does the job. Would be helpful if the ball came with an extra plug or two and a plug pull as well. Those are pretty cheap but very helpful items for the manufacturer to consider including as part of the package in the future. Again, I found YouTube videos helpful with advice on how to fill the ball when you first get it. Overall, a good purchase and I'm pleased with the quality and usability of this product.
