I picked up the xackcme Halloween Paint by Numbers kit as a seasonal distraction project and it delivered exactly that: a budget friendly 16 x 20 canvas that kept me busy for hours and finished into a nicely spooky decoration. * Well worth the value for how many hours of distraction it provided; I listened to podcasts and Critical Role while painting and it made for a relaxed, satisfying stretch of time. * The canvas is 16 x 20, preprinted and frameless, with numbered sections that match the small pots of paint included. * The composition is fairly intricate with lots of small areas; I used a magnifier with a light and finer detailing brushes to get cleaner results on the tiny parts. * The pumpkin detailing on the smaller pumpkins could be sharper; the skulls and small pumpkins can end up looking a bit splotchy close up though they read fine from a few feet away. * I enjoyed moving from line outlining to the vibrant oranges and greens; for the lighter paints I blotted and then did a second or third pass to fully hide the printed numbers and even out coverage. * The included brushes and paints are hobby grade and usable, but upgrading to a couple of better brushes made a noticeable difference for fine work. * I sealed the finished canvas with clear varnish to improve longevity and sheen since the paints are not artist grade. * Packaging and contents sometimes vary by seller, so check the kit when it arrives and save listing images in case you need replacements. * For an affordable easel alternative for 16 x 20 canvases I mounted a 36 x 24 whiteboard as a backing and used a low‑cost painting stand to hold it; the whiteboard gives extra working room, accepts magnets, and doubles as a portable painting surface when I am not using it. Overall this kit is a satisfying, low cost way to produce a festive Halloween piece. It will not replace professional materials, but with a little extra tooling and patience you can finish a bright, displayable decoration for spooky season.

This was my second paint by numbers project and it was tough. In the end, it came out quite nice but there were some sections that were not numbered and I had to take some artistic liberties. The colors are completely different from the original image and is a lot more "yellow and brown" than I would have liked. It's ok but not what I was expecting.

Picture is beautiful. It's a very nice size and definitely worth the cost. I'm more than pleased with it

Beautiful colors. Comes with everything you need. Fun hobby to get away from tv and doom scrolling on your phone. Canvas is very durable!

Painting was a bit different from the picture but similar enough. Some of these spots are so teeny tiny though and nearly impossible to paint and/or see. Still a good distraction from screens for me. Paint quality was thin. Worth doing (especially for price), not worth hanging/saving for me.

I love this! The canvas is very thick, and it comes with very good quality paint. The lines and numbers are easy to see. The size is perfect and very easy to use. Highly recommend this brand!

Fun picture. Got it framed and it looks amazing. Had no trouble with paint, other than sometimes needs a double layer depending on color.
