These are my first fins.
I got these to help with my rehab from total knee replacement. I normally swim breast stroke, but was told by one of my physical therapists that the frog kick will be harder on my knee and she recommended I use a flutter kick instead. With that in mind I thought fins might help me since I am not used to kicking this way. So far I have been really happy with the fins. They fit great, and are very comfortable. They aren't tight, nor do they slip off. I immediately felt the difference in the resistance with these on and was amazed at how much faster I swim when I have them on. I've had a couple of Cressi masks and snorkels over the years and been very happy with those, so that is one of the reasons I picked these fins. They seem to make good reliable products.

Great Compact All-Purpose Fins
I needed a pair of compact size fins primarily for lap swimming training. I've used world renown Cressi Sub SCUBA gear for many years and found it to be professional grade. These fins are perfect for recreational purposes and well designed. They are great for strengthening, stretching, and coordinating your legs which normally don't undergo much resistance during a swim. These fins help me improve my swimming form by increasing my speed and shifting a major part of the burden from the upper body to the legs thus changing up the workout. I shift back from fins to no fins balance the session and find my unaided freestyle improved. They become part of your body if fitted well. Fortunately, I took the advice of some reviewers who suggested that choosing a size down helped ensure a good fit. I wear a 9.5 wide US and the smaller size ( 8/9 US, 41/42 EU, 7/8UK) felt like a custom fit without any excessive constriction or rubbing. They are a joy to use and much more agile ,light and flexible than I was used to compared to most rigid and heavy 'old school' diving fins. They are a joy to use for swift lap swimming and could become addictive if not retired from duty once in awhile! I really enjoy using mine and used them daily (on a periodic basis) with much satisfaction. I can't recommend them enough if your an avid swimmer or a recreational snorkeler who travels with his gear in a suitcase or duffel bag.

Good design
I've used these twice now and have not had cramps. I had calf and foot cramps for 4 years before this with my previous fins from Sporti. The Sporti fins cramped my legs after swimming just 1 mile on a 2 mile swim. These are nice and light but they sink. They also feel a little disconnected at the toes where the inflexible plastic extends from the toes, but its easy to get used to. The foot fits well, but is slightly loose. I wear size 11.5 US and ordered 11/12 US. I would rather have them slightly large than too small.

Great comfort, size, and fit
I bought this for swimming pool laps to increase lower body workout. My foot size is 10 and the 9 1/2 - 10/1/2 size fit perfectly, no rubbing or squeezing of my ankles or toes, and easy to put on. The foot pocket is soft rubber, and the blade is a stiffer material. Though the blade length is not the usual diver length, it gives a lot of propulsion and a good workout in the pool, and is solidly made. In fact, I would bring these with me if I was traveling instead of my long regular dive fins. Cressi makes good dive products, and these fins are great in every way.

Great fins! Very comfortable. Reduces fatigue. Highly recommend!!
I use these fins for training, and they perform exactly as advertised! Cressi has paid careful attention to get the details right. I've tried a few different training fins before, and they caused me significant discomfort during training and in the days following use. These fins are comfortable. They reduce fatigue. There are no sore spots or pressure points and no pain during or after training. That alone sets these fins apart from all the others I've tried. Plus they are easy to put on, fit great, and store well. Cressi has included an inserts to keep the foot pocket in the correct shape when not in use. Excellent quality. Highly recommend!

Perfect for lap swimming
Pros: - Light - Comfortable - Well designed Cons: - May not work for all foot shapes. Perfect fins for lap swimming. I swim about 2-3 times a week and incorporate these into my routine/regimen every time. They fit well and have enough length and flex to generate decent propulsion and give the leg muscles a good workout.

Good quality, odd fit
These fins feel like they are good quality. However, while they seem to be the right size, my big toe and the one next to it extend slightly over the lip at end so that they are pressing down on a ridge, making it uncomfortable to walk...and no, I don't have an oddly long toes :)). I ordered the size per site and customer recommendations (I'm a women's size 7-7.5 and ordered the 4/5). I was actually concerned they would be too big if anything. I would order the next size up to see if that works, but I'm pretty sure those will end up being too big. With a cost of nearly $8 to return the item, if the second pair doesn't fit either, I'll be out nearly $15 in the end and with no fins to show for it :(.

Excellent comfort, great design
Totally great workout lap pool swim fins. These are the 5th type of swim fins I have had over a period of 25 years. I like them the best. Just feels better during the workout, easier to slip on and off than other brands I have tried, and the flexibility vs stiffness is balanced well. Good price point too. The design is excellent and since I keep wearing out a pair every few years, and I hope that these will remain available for a very long time. There are zero hot spots and these are easier to put on and take off when compared to all the other brands I have tried.
