Pleasantly surprised!! These things really work! Only assembly is attaching the “fan blades” which look super flimsy (because they are), but once turned on they get the job done. I used them on my food table for a large bbq. Had 4 of these spread out across a 6 ft table and saw zero flies hovering around the food. Guests did not have any problem accessing the dishes, but if this is a concern, then these can be hung upside down with a little hook that folds out on the bottom. They can be charged (cord included), but I just put 2 AA batteries in them and they worked fine. Have another summer party coming up and because these worked so well, I think I will get a couple more! Happy with this purchase!

Lots of fly fans out there. …these work very well at keeping flies, and Yellow Jackets, off your food. Used them at a crab feast and no flies got on the food. These can be a little top heavy, so make sure to set them on something really flat….especially if you bend the “stems” over a bit.

Love the design, just wish it’s solar or rechargeable. It’s very useful when you have a picnic outside.

Used these for outdoor dining. Used 2 on a roughly 5ft x 5ft table and keep flies and other insects away from our food. Even noticed a fly attempt but landed on a chair nearby then leaving. The photo on the box and ones I have seen show the propeller hanging down, but these are bent up. Didn't seem to work any less better. A little adjusting of the batteries helped on one that kept shutting off, then worked great.

These fans get a one star because they are cute. AA batteries do not work in these fans. They do not charge. I can get the fans to work as long as they are connected to the port and electricity. I went through all the trouble shooting tips with no luck. A complete waste of time and money. I spent several hours charging and changing cords then getting regular batteries. It’s is a pain to return as I have to travel across town to a return hub. Disappointed!!

Nice, useful product It works with either battery or USB cable. But doesn't charge it's battery while connected to the USB.

Descent weight, haven’t charged it as it comes with batteries in the box so I used the batteries to test it out right away. Mines didn’t come charged. Product does as intended & helps to keep flies away. The quality of the item seems to be pretty durable as I have used it a few time before the party. It comes not fully assembled so there’s a few pieces you’ll need to attach like the fan blade that will continuously spin as well as the leaves to the pot; (add batteries or begin to charge prior to use). *Value for money seems to be okay given the fact that product does as intended as well as the durability.
