McCormick is the best brand. The best is the sausage flavor. It has a tiny bit of a pepper heat, but just a little. It's very creamy... I actually half water/half milk or cream to make it creamer. Note: Mom taught me to always whisk flour with "cold" water (liquid) so it doesn't stick together. I follow this same philosophy with every dry mix. With the McCormick mix, I whisk the mix and water before putting it into the pan.

Suppressed my biscuits and gravy craving. Added some sausage with it. Yummy and home made buttermilk biscuits, over easy eggs. Yummy!
