I bought 6 and created a bubble wall around my staircase!

Bought for my boyfriend because he wanted it for his office. He put it together and hung it up, he realized it was missing water, and we looked, and it had been leaking down the wall and onto the floor. Good thing it didn't ruin anything I couldn't fix. He opened it up and added plumbers' putty to the leaking area. It seems to be holding the water now. However, this thing is crazy loud, which completely defeats the purpose of being relaxing and something you would actually want to use. If the price was half of what it is, it still wouldn't be worth it. Buyer beware.

It is an impressive fountain. We have it hung on the wall and it was fairly easy to install. My only complaint is that it is very noisy. It may be because it is mounted on the wall and vibrates when turned on, so the noise may not be as bad if the fountain is on the ground or more securely attached to the wall...

I've now had this item since July 16th. The flow control valves are inconveniently on the back of the unit so when filled with water to adjust is a two person job. It also has an annoying loud vibrational hum.I have consulted the trouble shooting guide about this and contacted them as a replacement pump is offered if you have had the bubble wall for less than 90 days. To date no response.

As a nurse nurse psychologist use this product in my office and people like it. I had one before and it was leaking so I contacted them and they immediately sent out a new one which is very appreciative and is back in place and it just makes the whole office Complete very pleased with it

This is very dangerous it does not sit on the wall safely. My husband barely moved the bottom to grad the power cord and it fell off the wall on my head. Sending me to the er. If my child would have been standing there :(. It was very heavy.
