Over all the towel warmer works as advertised. Mine however developed a burnt smell after the first use or two. There are brown burnt looking spots on the aluminum. It also leaks in a few spots over I’m not very satisfied with the product. I’ve been using in my barbershop since June 2025 it is currently October 2025.

Wonderful!! Although I do wish I could see or control the temp, it gets very hot!! Very effective!!

I’m giving 3 star only because this towel warmer gets so hot that it burns your hands getting towels off. Extremely hot! Wish it had a auto shut off feature once temperature is reached. You need to air out your towels for a bit before putting on client! Be careful. Update——-> take your towels out often and keep the door open for ventilation…. otherwise you will have mold build on your towels!

I use in my salon to make hot towels for my clients while their conditioners soak in to open the cuticle! they love them! super easy to clean, uv helps prevent bacteria, small and compact can easily hold 20 rolled towels! I love to put a drop of essential oil in the bucket I fill to soak the towels so its aroma therapy and heat!
