Brilliant kettle and no plastic inside! Exactly what I wanted. Works well and looks good.

I purchased the Ascot kettle in April 2024, and initially, I was happy with its design and functionality. However, over the past week, it has blown fuses in our house twice, causing significant inconvenience. Now, the kettle has completely stopped working, which is unacceptable for a product that is less than a year old.The product description claims a 2-year replacement guarantee, but there is no clear way to contact the seller or access support. I’ve searched thoroughly for a customer service option, but to no avail. A warranty is meaningless if customers can’t reach the company to address issues.Overall, I’m extremely disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this product unless the company improves both the reliability of their products and their customer service accessibility.

Water in this kettle has no contact with plastic whatsoever! And that was exactly what I was looking for. Many kettles are stainless steel but have the plastic window..this one is a very good plastic free one for a reasonable price. Yes, you cannot see from the outside how much water it contains, but you are also not brewing your tea in microplastics (other than those already in water 🙈). It is a bit noisy and not the quickest, however it works perfectly fine and has lovely design!

It's not too noisy and looks stylish in my kitchen. I've only been using it for a couple of weeks but, thus far, I'm very happy with it :)

An attractive kettle with no plastic components touching the water.The problem we have is that it is inconsistent in the shut-off function. Sometimes it boils, sometimes it turns off before boiling point. There does not seem to be any way to contact the seller to discuss this or ask for advice.I’m not sure where to go with this. The only option we have is to return the item, which is a hassle and inconvenient for us. Also, we do like the kettle (when it does its job).Update: we did return it, replacement is also not convincing in its boil ability. Keeps cutting off just before boil. Now too late to return item.Would not recommend.

Lovely looking, quiet kettle that pours cleanly and easily. The only thing is the lid gets quite hot, so if you need to refill again soon after boiling, you have to do it through the spout, which is no big problem.

Good kettle and chosen for its design which looks great , but not that practical as I can’t get hand inside when cleaning fur away. No guage for amount of water unlike my other kettles, other than a ‘max’ level inside the kettle.A bit noisy, but quick boiling

I went to PC Curry the other day to look for a plastic free kettle but all the kettles on display had plastic elements inside. Even the glass ones had a plastic top or spout. I’m amazed that, in this day and age, people are still comfortable eating from heated plastic containers and drinking water from kettles with plastic components. This kettle is 100% plastic-free on the inside and has a stylish design—exactly what I was looking for.
