I have been using this product for around 2 months now and will continue using it. So far, I am not yet noticing significant regrowth however I am definetely noticing healthier and stronger hair. From what I understand, regrowth comes after taking it consistently for a 4 or so months. I don't necessarily have horrible recession, but I wanted to ensure a healthy hairline and encourage some hair regrowth along the hairline. The other big reason I made the purchase was my eyebrows - I overplucked them! And with thick eyebrows, it was noticeable. I've been applying it daily and I will say, at least with my eyebrows, I think I'm seeing some slight regrowth. At the very least, they look healthy.
