Where is cdi torque wrench made

I recall reading somewhere that the wrench is US made with the exception of the ratchet head. The Snap-On and industrial lines are 100% US sourced. I am repeating from distant memory here, go to the CDI website to confirm.

the same as any other size -- the torque is developed by the length of the wrench and the same effort by the human. Torque is force applied times the offset length (length of the lever)
