I’m massively into biohacking and looking for new ways to support my health as I’ve been navigating the diagnosis of M.E for 11 years and therefore have 100% had to be my own medical detective in order to get my way back to better health!I take alot of nootropics and supplements - all to support energy production and reduce inflammation. So my interest was piqued when I came across this. As a self confessed health geek and nutrition professional I was surprised I’d not heard of this compound before so was excited to try.Now. I wasn’t expecting a magic bullet. But the one thing I was on the look out was an adverse reaction as my immune system is like a meerkat! But. Glad to report - zero bad impact. Which in itself is a win as it means I can persist with taking this consistently.So. No immediate massive change but I have confidence in the quality of this brand and the contents of the supplement to continue taking it. Many of the UK’s bio hackers take a supplement with this compound in it and they are wiser than I so want to give this a go long term due to its purported ability to improve cellular health. If I look better too then that will be a bonus!Capsule wise - I undo mine and just tip the contents into my mouth. Does have a taste to it - aniseedy. But easy to take this way if this is your jam too.Big bonus points for having zero fillers and binders. Yes! Thank you. 🫶🏼✨

At 56 I have definitely noticed a decline in my energy reserves.The spring in my step has turned into trudge on my daily dog walks and when I tie my shoelaces I think what else needs doing on this level now I’ve made it down here!!I also suffer from menopausal brain fog and sometimes it’s a wonder how I find my way through the day, so I was keen to try out Urolithin A since I’m fast approaching ‘the hill I’ll soon be over,’ time is of the essence!Since I am taking several supplements already my evaluation is not terribly scientific, but this is what I’ve found so far.I like the capsules. They are convenient and although this seller also does the powder I find the capsules less of a faff.I like the transparency of the brand, undergoing 3rd party testing and offering certifications of analysis.I also like that what I’m taking is free from fillers and nasties.So far I’ve not felt any positive or negative effects, but it’s early days and each to their own.Each person’s physiology is different and while some individuals may lack the bacteria that produce urolithin A, some may be more efficient at it, I’m unaware of which I am, so we will see.While it appears that this supplement has been linked to healthy aging, anti inflammatory effects and vitality to name a few, there are only a few studies out there and while it shows potential it’s not a guaranteed solution for all my problems.It is an option to consider though if you are here because you are interested in longevity and vitality or are an individual whose gut bacteria may not efficiently produce urolithin A.The serving is “suggested” (the daily value has not been established) at 1-2 capsules per day which makes it expensive. I’d suggest you do your own research and consult your own doctor as with all supplements like this one which are very new.I will endeavour to update this review should I have any further pertinent information.I hope you find my review helpful.

Ok so it is early days so my review is a little bit guess work so I am not going to blag you. I can only say that alongside all the other suplements that I am using, this is becomeing a big hitter and I am seeing results accross the board.

I am very very aware of my neurotransmitters and their responses to things and I was very aware that I was having a positive response to this after the first day of taking. I felt completely energized but what was best for me is that I didn't feel jittery or anxious, and it hasn't aggravated my migraines. I am going to continue cautiously and experiment with dosage and frequency, and report back!!

It actually works.I did some research, about 50% of the Urolithin A supplements on the market are fake, i can provide official sources, im merely quoting.However this one.. well.. experience sais it's a win.One dose a week is about 500-1000mg, you don't 'need', to take these every day, weekly doses can serve the same purpose depending on lifestyle.each tab contains 500mg, i aim to take four a week.After the first dose give it 24 hours and you will maybe notice a result.I'm 51 and for the last decade my energy levels have been lethargic, which has not helped my depression at all.However, since taking these, i find that i have so much more motivation, even when tired furthermore, fatigue no longer makes me feel like.. well i don't want to be too blunt.I've been fully aware of the role mitochondria plays in our cells for some time now and i appreciate they slow down as you get older, our very concept of time passing is directly proportional to it.Since taking these, i'm 'present' for the entire day instead of just the first half and my body has the momentive stamina it had, 15 years ago.My mind, is mercurial by nature but i didn't realise that aspect had been mostly turned off, since taking these even writing reviews is easier, switching from product to product and treating each one as the first one of the day which i could not do before.I am amazed. You may think these are way, too expensive.. they need not be.They need to be tret with respect and set apart from all your other experiments.thank you for bringing the real thing to market.
