The capabilities of the sign are tremendous. It can be programmed to provide an endless selection of text with animated effects. Also the vendor's customer service (located in China) is tremendous; they helped solve a programming setup problem promptly and professionally.The sign can display scrolling or regular text using different colors and different colored backgrounds. The sign accepts up to 100 programs, cycling through each program automatically. Each program can display for a designated length of time or just once through its routine. You can even designate which days of the week a program will display or the time of day to display. Programming is done on your computer and transferred to the sign by USB drive or by wi-fi.The wide variety of special effects is just dazzling. The capabilities of the sign have greatly exceeded my expectations. The sign is a real attention-getter.

Never worked. Program is barely better than DOS. Instructions are poorly written. Interface is bad.

When I received this item I noticed that the thumb drive which contains the software to program it on the computer was not in the box. I contacted the seller with no response back. You can however work the sign with your cell phone via Wi-Fi but it’s complicated and I know this product is capable of doing more than what I can make it do with a cell phone connection. Also the paper directions were written in broken English that don’t really make any sense it was more of a Picture book.

Ii love the flexibly of the program.I specifically bought this sign because it would display 12 hour format. It does...if you program from the PC. The mobile app only allows a 24 hour format and over-writes the PC programs once transferred to the sign, rendering the app completely useless to me. Which really stinks, because the mobile app has many more animated backgrounds built in and is more accessible.The countdown timer doesn't work. The program will display the correct countdown on the PC, but the sign only displays hours, minutes, and seconds (making a week countdown start at 99:59:59 and not accurate).For the price, I won't complain too much. Tech support was great. The brightness was hard-coded at the brightest setting and wasn't updatable through the program. Support sent instructions on how to change. When I wasn't able, they were kind enough to remote connect into my PC and fixed the issue.

This sign would have been nice, but the program is TOTAL JUNK. Locked up my computer over and over.most of the wording in the program is in CHINESE!. The manual you get does not match the program.After a week of wasting my time on it, I called support and was told to just return it. The sign took weeks to arrive, then the days of frustration spent trying to make it work, they should have paid me. I bought an 8x40 programmable sign from another company first and love it, it worked perfectly, the program was easy AND in English, I wanted a bigger one, this sign is NOT the sign you want!!! I got both ends of the spectrum.Don't waste your time or money. I did return this sign.

Used for hotel/restaurant front entrance. Really goood value. Easily seen , lots of options for colors and displays. Staff had it working in under an hour. Plan to buy another one soon for our other facility. We've had it about 4 mos and am very satisfied with the purchase.
