The SincMill Home Gym is a versatile and sturdy piece of equipment that has quickly become the centerpiece of my home workouts. It’s impressive how many exercises I can do with it — I’ve been able to replace most of my gym equipment without sacrificing workout quality. The frame feels solid and well-built, and the various attachments I’ve purchased all work perfectly with the setup. At six feet tall, I do wish the unit were about a foot taller for a bit more range on certain exercises, but it’s not a dealbreaker — I’ve found ways to work around it. Overall, this is a high-quality, all-around home gym solution that delivers excellent value and performance. This is a good home gym at a reasonable price - but it's small. I'm 5'6" and it works well for me, but if I were any taller it would not provide sufficient range of movement. If you're my size or shorter, it's great, but if you're tall, it might not be the right weight machine for you.

I'm writing this review to describe my experience with the SincMill SCM-1148L. I did a lot of research and shopping for a home workout setup. I watched You tube video's and also checked out the versatility and functionality of the most sought after setup's. First and foremost, this was an excellent buy. For the money your getting one heck of a workout center. This is a unit that has a very robust setup and is super solid and made for extensive workouts. I will outline what I think might be important to mention or at least was important to me. First: This package came in 4 boxes. They were heavy. Make sure you have help moving the boxes to where ever your going to put this unit together. The weight boxes were super heavy by them selves. The packaging was extremely solid and put together for shipping. NO problems there. And I was not missing any of the parts at all. Second: Putting this unit together was actually easy. In that I mean the directions were very laid out and easy to follow. I would think that the manufacturer could make the diagrams bigger or explode them up a little to see the parts flow in the directions. There are blowups on integral parts thought, which is good. I actually used the video's on You Tube that outline, in 3D, the installations step by step in great detail. I probably watched the video more and only referred to the instruction manual when things got confusing. I went back and forth on the video, stopping and pausing the video in each and every step. The first cable installation (Youtube video) was confusing as it flows right into the second cable install. (Watch my video as I outline the first cable install). The flow of the cables and how to install them can be confusing. But all in all it is easy and once you get the hang of it installing the cables, it is easy. The parts layout and the nuts, bolt, washers and all were laid out in the order of the steps to put it together. Which was an awesome advantage for following the directions on the video as the video also mentions the part numbers as you go through the video.. I put this unit together in roughly 4 hours. If you have a second person handy have them help you. Will make the steps super easier. Third: The actuation of the cables and moving the various parts of the machine is super smooth and the noise level is super quiet. When lifting and using the machine the resistance is very nice and flows evenly. It is important to mention that the space saving and foot print is awesome. As you can see from the video my area is small, yet I have room to move around. Finally I have no complaints. There is nothing bad to say about this workout center. All pro's. If I had one thing to advise you on it would be that if your super tall then you might want to consider a larger machine. I am 6' tall and I have no problems with the leg press or using the seats and leg extension unit. All the pieces fit together and work together quite nice and there is no binding or banging around. I would absolutely purchase this again and would recommend this to anyone wanting an upgrade for working out at home. Especially for the money. Takes time to assemble, but instructions are clear. Was able to assemble with one person but two would have been nice. If very good quality. All features work perfectly, though I did buy a different pull bar to fit my hands better. Over all I really enjoy working out on this machine. It fits perfectly in my master bedroom without getting in the way.

Absolutely amazing and worth EVERY penny!! Easy to install by myself in just a few hours, instructions were pretty straightforward. Definitely pay extra attention to the pulleys / cable steps. Ideal for so many different types of workouts and is extremely functional / versatile for myself and my partner! I bought a cheap wall coat hanger to hang the different attachments. I also punched the rope attachment separately. Edit: Seller and shop are EXTREMELY helpful - I am moving and asked for guidance for easy disassembly/ moving. Was provided with clear answers and pictures to reference (attached). Amazing product and customer support!!

I received all 4 boxes at the same time. They are about 80 lbs each. There are a lot of parts to set up. This took me 8 hours to unbox and set completely up, however I did a meticulous parts check which took about an hour or so to make sure everything was here and it was. The paper directions were great and detailed all the way until you arrive at the pulley assembly part, then that is when I watched their instruction video which was even easier than the paper instructions. After I was all done the top pulley worked great, the flys were great but the rowing part was hindered. I gave about twenty pulls or so and it appears the cable started wearing so I knew something was off. I am a very meticulous person when it comes to assembly which is why it took me so long. However I FOUND THE PROBLEM. The long cable on the bottom when it is first being inserted thru the hole that is "U" shaped has a tiny metal bar in it. I had routed the cable under that bar by mistake, it needs to go above that bar. After I fixed that there were no more wearing issues and everything fit together as it should. Nice solid machine. I have on carpet upstairs and it does not move. I am very impressed with this home gym. I set this up by myself with no help and an ample amount of space to lay out the parts. I am under 6' and in my early fifties and it fits me just right. I don't plan on becoming Hercules just keeping myself fit and in shape. Yes, it takes time to set up but is time well spent. Additional note: When I ordered this the seller sent me a message to let me know that there will be 4 boxes coming all together, but they can only use 1 tracking number so some boxes may come a few days later, I got lucky because they all arrived at once. I thought that was very nice to give me a heads up.

I want to give this a 5 star, but I cannot because I cannot use the leg press apparatus, and that is the main reason I bought it. The leg press is too close to the seat. I cannot even get my legs up onto the leg press without my husband's help. Let's not even start on the fact that your knees are bent all the way to your face to start. The pictures make this look further away, but after watching the video, the person seems to be very flexible. Lol. The machine is more tailored to work your arms, which is the other reason I bought it, so that is good. Putting it together was "fun". As others said, you should set out all parts you need for each step a-z before you start that step. It really makes it easier to just go with the momentum of putting it together. I found the pulleys to be the most difficult to understand with the written directions, so I had to go the video. Unfortunately, the video is without sound and is a big fast, and every time I tried to rewind it, it took me back to the beginning. I had to play with it it get it close to where I needed to be. We actually put this together over a few weekends instead of all in one sitting. That worked best for us. Right now we have an issue with the pole in between the weights coming all the way out and slanting, so it does not go back in and whatever we are working on gets stuck in the up position. I think we have to adjust the pole (sorry I am not sure what it is called off hand). And this only happens if we lift it way far up. Overall, I would recommend for the price with the discount.
