Finally found something that actually helps, been regular since I started these
I gave these a try and decided to subscribe. I am on a GLP-1 and it has been unsufferable and I almost quit because of how irregular it made me After day three I have been consistent. Also the stomach bloating I can get has gone down quite a bit. I don't know for sure that these probiotics are what did it but that's the only real change I have made.
