Samsung UE75NU7100 75-Inch 4K Ultra HD Certified HDR Smart TV - Charcoal Black (2018 Model) [Energy Class A+]

This is our second Samsung smart TV. This one for the ‘man cave’ to watch F1 in glorious 49” UHD ! Great picture, surprisingly good internal speakers, slim attractive stable design, great value. Fiddly irritating remote which sadly also doubles as the smart hub device. (not a patch on the previous standalone second smart hub remote) Easy set-up and a dream with SkyQ multiroom. Comes with the normal pre installed apps..YouTube, iPlayer etc... The next day delivery was a nightmare ! Received a text from Hermes to say item delivered and signed for despite sitting in my house awaiting delivery. Hermes contact only possible by mail or web chat so expedited that, to be told our system says delivered ! er NOT ! Rang Amazon who to their credit said we will sort this. They did, TV finally arrived 5pm with driver saying there were ‘problems’ that day ! Box not sealed but as he waited I checked the contents to ensure it was new...Amazon very kindly refunded the delivery charges. I’m not a fan of Hermes this is the second time this exact problem has occurred. All very stressful. Hats off to Amazon however, who do provide peerless customer support...

Great product. No problems so far. Got it to replace a tcl 4k model. Much better quality imo. Timely delivery and great service from Amazon with it. Had a different model of Samsung 32" FHD before so expectations were high. Pros: Good build quality and nice, clean design. Cable management is a bonus and works well. Great image quality. Colours pop, images are nice and sharp even in full HD and Motion blurbis well controlled. Gaming input is good for fast paced games and no apparent lag or blur. Dedicated gameode makes things easier. Great sound. Has a decent low end with good clarity and more than decent volume levels for a small to medium room. Surround works fine as well. Smart functionality is good with all the major apps supported. Netflix and Amazon prime video work great in 4k and deliver very good quality. Menu is easy enough to navigate with decent amount of options. Pleanty of connections and works well with both wired and wireless connection. Cons: Viewing angles not the best, this is a va panel. Sounds is good but still lacks the power of a subwoofer fit truly great. Panels is edgelit so slight light bleed is visible in very dark scenes at night. This is barely noticeable but having had this issue with my previous TV made more picky attentive to this. Screen is not the brightest so expect some slight reflexion in bright light. This is not a problem of you view the TV straight but at a slight angle it may start to become visible. The motion control can be a bit aggressive. Great if you're into soap opera effect. Not really a conversation but worth keeping in mind. No aux so limits some connectivity options. The mobile app needs a bit a tweek. You have to be connected on both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth to make it work. Overall this is a great entry level TV if you want to move to 4K UHD. Price for this TV is in line with the quality provided.

My first smart TV. The 4K is amazing if you can find quality content for it, was watching planet earth on Netflix and it looks incredible. I know there are TVs with better picture out there, but for the price point you can't go wrong at all. The sound is surprisingly decent, a bit of bass, it did have a high pitch whine when first turned on but that went away. Now using a sound bar anyway. The apps are great, have all the ones I use like Now TV, Netflix, Spotify etc. Great it comes with Steam Link too so I can play pc games without connecting my pc to the TV via HDMI. Build quality was surprisingly good for the price, obviously not super high end but doesn't feel cheap or too flexible. Would recommend to anyone looking for a 4k for a good price.

Technically, this is a great tv. I received the 40inch UK 7120 version, undamaged and on time from Reliant Direct. Installation was straight forward with a set of easy steps to follow. The setup via the mobile didn't work, but that could have been user error or account issues. Pros: Fantastic screen quality. Good app selection covering catchup tv, streaming video and audio services. Great audio especially via optical out. Cons: Enforced apps and Tvplus. I cannot express, politely, how much I HATE this. It is unbelievable that Samsung force these services onto the experience, with no way to disable or hide them. Tvplus cycles through film trailers, regardless of age restriction. No matter how many options I've ticked I cannot get rid of them. If this was a PC with uninstallable bloatware, I'd send it back immediately. However, I can ignore this stuff and the viewing experience IS fantastic for the price. ... For those of you who want to hook up audio to speakers, and don't have optical input, I'd highly recommend the Sabaj A3 amp. Truly great sound and value for money.

I Bought the 65” TV for a bedroom, incredibly cheap for the quality. Used only for Netflix but during setup had the same issue with others regarding adverts, it consistently pushes paid for content via a Rakuten app, which can’t be removed. However, in settings, you can set it to automatically start and open the last previously used app. As this is exclusively used for Netflix, this means we bypass all the ads. Setup was incredible easy, took all of two minutes to enter WiFi details, Netflix was already setup, just had to login and done! BBC iplayer have an UHD trial program loop in their beta app settings. Watch a couple of these to really see how amazing the quality of this TV is. I have mine wall mounted, the TV does not come with the bolts required and my TV mount did not come with the bolts for this TV. M8 43-45mm are needed and it’s VESA 200. Otherwise, it was simple to install. Picture quality is fantastic, great TV, great price. Joy to watch.

Bin langjährig Amazon Kunde und hab diesmal ein defektes Produkt bekommen und anstatt eines deutschen Stromsteckers eine US! Beschreibungen, Fernbedienung waren auch schon einmal ausgepackt! So viel zu einen neuen Produkt! Hab mich dann bei Telefon beschwert, dem war das komplett egal! Aussage schicken sie es einfach retour dann ist alles gut! Nix ist gut ich als Kunde hab den Schaden und das ist Amazon komplett egal.... Tolles Kundenservice

Merci de ne plus commercialiser ce produit en France car il ne peut pas être configuré sur le réseau français mais uniquement au Royaume Uni et en Irlande, de plus ce produit avait été reconditionné avec du ruban adhésif sur le carton d'emballage, la pochette contenant les différents matériels était ouverte, le cordon d'alimentation électrique est équipé d'une prise de courant britannique et manuel d'instruction pas en français.
