I bought these tuna pouches for busy work lunches and appreciated the 15 g of protein and the spicy-garlic flavor twist. Opening the pouch and eating straight or mixing into rice made life easier. However, the portion felt a bit small and the chili kick was milder than I expected. When mixed into rice or bread, the flavor sometimes got lost and I found myself wanting more punch. Overall: a helpful go-to when you need something fast and decent—but I wouldn’t say it’s the go-to for flavor excitement or full satisfaction.

I'm torn about how to rate these, because I love the flavor, I hate how little there is. I would barely call it a snack, but I wish they offered larger packages. As ai write this review, I'm now craving one, but still wish they had some larger options. So for the fact that it is so small, Im deducting 1 star because if they can offer 5 ounces in a can, they can offer 5 ounces in a pouch for about the same price, it shouldn't be half that.

I really love the flavor of these, though I do wish that they had a bit lower sugar content in them. Its' good protien with a low sodium count annd they are easy to eat on the go when you have to. Compared to what you would get going to the store, they aren't perhaps the best value for the money in terms of the amount of tuna you get, but if you want something you can eat on the go and gives you the option to store it on the fridge on a shelf, these are a good option. I just wish there was a bit more tuna in them, considering the cost of the cans in comparison. The bags are nice and strong and the only downside I ever had was getting the last little bits of tuna off the sides.
