Cheap material, Rust in the kettle after few months of usage

The tea pod cracked open on the very first use, spilling hot tea and burning my wife’s hand. This is a serious safety hazard, and the product should not be on the market. Very disappointed and concerned about the lack of quality control.

After a few weeks of use, a small crack appeared on the glass part. Also, when your hand touches the metal part of the kettle, it gets very hot and can burn your hand, as there is almost no insulation around it.

A very useless product, the product just was working 1 week because it suddenly stopped working properly. I wouldn't recommend to buy this one never again

So not buy the handle breaks soon after purchase and they try their best for you not to return it
