Didn't notice any difference, but I guess I didn't take it for long enough.

I have found my sweet cravings have reduced and I am less hungry. This is only my second bottle of liposomal so I will continue to use and hopefully get good results. The capsules are easy to swallow and no unwanted side effects so far!!

I've just been taking these for a few days and I feel as though I've gained a little more energy. They're easy to take capsules. I wanted something simple to help to reduce my glucose and cholesterol.. so far so good. I'll be tested next month so I'm happy to review again and I'll state my progress as I go.
