Overall, a good product. It does everything as advertised. It monitors a number of bodily functions continuously and accurately. However, the icons that control all of the functions are a bit small. One thing that bothers me the most is the countdown timer which I use for a variety of activities from cooking to meditation. When the time expires, the watch gives a single short vibration. If you were not anxiously waiting for the time to expire, you can miss the vibration. A series of two or three short vibrations would be better. As for the activities it monitors, you have a wide range to choose from, and they can be activated on the watch. I like that activities can be added to the list displayed on the watch. However, it would be better if activities could also be removed so you only see the things you actually do rather than have to scroll through the lengthy list. As stated, it is a good product for its price point with many functions and options. The improvements suggested would make the watch even better.

Looks way more expensive than it actually is. The screen is bright and easy to read, even when I’m outside. Setup was a breeze and it synced with my phone right away. I get all my app notifications on it so I don't have to keep checking my screen. If you want a solid smart watch without spending a few hundred, just get this one.

Having used several name-brand smartwatches in the past, I was genuinely surprised by how well this tracker performs. The sleep tracking provides interesting insights, and the step counter is generally spot-on. I also appreciate the convenience of controlling music during workouts. While I have noted that the band connection point requires gentle handling, the customer service team is exceptional. They are quick to respond to questions and eager to resolve any issues, making this an excellent value for anyone looking for a comprehensive fitness tracker.

Customer service is incredible. I contacted them with a question and the response was not only fast but also polite and professional. The watch itself is great. Easy setup and works great. I highly recommend.

I absolutely adore this watch. I have a heart condition and it is the most user friendly and quick to use watch I have found for being able to check my heart rate as soon as possible and on demand. However, two major issues. 1) I have bought this watch twice (about to be a third time) because it breaks in the same spot. Where the band connects to the face, the metal prong breaks the connection point so there is no way to attach another band. 2) I’ve had strangers connect to my watch without me trying to search for a new bluetooth connection. Quite startlingly to be at home and hear a strangers voice coming through your device. Other than those two things though I adore this device.

Overall so far the watch is great! I am liking it. What has been an issue for me is being able to customize it. I wish it had a customizable watch display face where I could add what I want to it vs. already having present ones to choose from. I also wish that I could delete some of the activities in my watch to really focus on the ones that I do.

NOT GOOD AS ADVERTISED

I initially believed I was purchasing a Fitbit product, but it turned out not to be one. The watch required downloading a companion app developed and operated overseas, which raised data privacy concerns for me. Because of that, I chose to return the watch. I can’t fairly review its performance, but the device itself looked sleek and felt lightweight.
