So good and nice boost protein

These are my absolute favorite protein bars. They taste like delicious candy bars, unlike other protein bars that taste like cardboard. And the crunch factor is stellar because they are wafers. Also, they are not dense like other protein bars that I've tried. They sell out really fast so grab them while you can!

So in love with this chocolate protein wafer. It is a good alternative if you are looking for a different protein food. The calorie is high though compared with other protein bars we had but the flavor is so classic and addicting. These are really good. I would make a plea to the manufacturer to change the seed oils they are using and substitute olive oil or coconut oil for a much superior product. They are helping me stay on keto. I limit to one per day, but the 13 grams of fat appear to come from palm oil and also the dreaded chemical soup of canola oil (I understand this is derived from: Solvent extraction: Using a solvent like hexane to extract the oil. 13 grams is equivalent to over 3 teaspoons per bar. These bad seed oils really add up.

I like these wafer bars because: (1) I love wafers, and (2) the grainy texture of protein bars is very off putting to me. With the layers of wafers, this is the best protein bar for my finicky protein bar tastes. I like to take it when we go hiking but it also melts. It definitely doesn’t have as much protein as other bars, but I’ll take all of that that over graininess.

These are very very good. Been getting them for a while now, only downside is that they melt fairly easy.
